We are a small (<5,000 members) non-profit organization that was looking for a new approach to membership cards. For years we mailed generic cards in envelopes with stamps. We were outgrowing our ability to get the cards out before our deadlines.We are not a mass mailer, and I had no idea how the process works. Ivan patiently explained how the production and mailing is done and the various options. Dynamicard's in-house designers took our design and punched it up. All I had to do was send Tyler, our account manager, the list on January 2 and our members began receiving their cards on the 15th.The result was a breakthrough for our organization, reducing our costs over 50% and shaving more than two months off the production and delivery time. Our members got an attractive, personalized card which allows us to better validate membership and potentially track service usage.Dynamicard is great to work with; very responsive. The quote we got was exactly as promised and the final price was slightly less. We are far, far away from being a large customer of Dynamicard, yet I feel we were treated as if we were. 10/10
