We are a small (<5,000 members) non-profit organization that was looking for a new approach to membership cards. For years we mailed generic cards in envelopes with stamps. We were outgrowing our ability to get the cards out before our deadlines. We are not a mass mailer, and I had no idea how the process works. Ivan patiently explained how the production and mailing is done and the various options. Dynamicard's in-house designers took our design and punched it up. All I had to do was send Tyler, our account manager, the list on January 2 and our members began receiving their cards on the 15th.
