- By comparison, every type of digital channels combined only showed a mere 0.62% response rate (for Social Media 0.1%, Mobile 0.2%; for email 0.1% using a new prospect list and 0.1% using a house list; Display Advertising 0.02%). Paid Search 0.1%; and the telephone had the highest response rate at 9-10%.
